Desired Skills and Experience

Ideally, applicants for the position should meet the following key requirements and competencies:

At least 2-3 years’ store management experience/supervisory experience within a retail environment – preferably fashion retailer

The ability to drive sales and turnover and ensure minimal stock losses for the store

Good retail business acumen and trader mentality

Good planning and organisational skills

Strong leadership and motivational skills

Computer literacy and excellent admin skills

Performance management and IR skills

Knowledge of merchandising principles and fashion

Good interviewing, recruitment and training skills

Good people skills and customer relations

Security conscious and self-motivated
