The Nigeria Country Programme presently focuses on Community Health and HIV, Accountable Governance and Gender. Our Community Health and HIV Programmes have evolved over the past year to support local partners and communities to exercise their rights to health and related services. We are currently expanding our malaria prevention component taking into consideration the health priorities of the communities where we work and empowering them to demand quality health services. To do this, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated person for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Community Health and HIV to support CA partnerships and programmes. Logistics Associate (Malaria) CHH (0466)The post holder is responsible for the effective management of malaria commodities, including ordering, storage, distribution, utilization, reporting of logistics data in line with the Malaria Commodity Logistics System. H/She will contribute to develop organizational plans; provide support in designing effective procurement, supply and management systems for malaria programmes. H/She will work with state programme/logistics officers to mobilise third party logistics providers to ensure timely distribution of malaria commodities to State Central Medical Stores and health facilities and coordinate the implementation of the MCLS activities in the States. The post is a part of an enlarged team comprised of the state programme/logistics officers that will be collaborating in the management of malaria commodities at the central and State levels of the system. The post holder will represent Christian Aid and will engage with and promote communications and fundraising, including institutional donors.
About you
The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Basic Science or equivalent. He/she must have at least three years I/NGO working experience Malaria intervention programmes including commodity logistics system with emphasis on logistics management information system (LMIS) with familiarity with Nigerian PSM guidelines.

Progamme Associate, Communications (0488)
The post holder will manage CA’s program management software (PROMISE and the intranet site for the country office. H/She will be responsible for information and data management for these online platforms, to improve overall programme and partnership management. H/She will be responsible for the effective disbursement of grants to partners. The post holder will contribute to raising Christian Aid Nigeria’s profile through effective content management of all programmes in the country. H/She will be responsible for writing, editing, commissioning a varied mix of content including case studies, interviews, blogs, photos and films in line with CA’s communication guideline for dissemination to show the value and impact of CA’s Programmes.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Communnity Health and HIV (0490)
About the role
The post holder will contribute to the progress of the Community Health and HIV programme towards its strategic goals and strengthen monitoring and evaluation systems to allow for quality reporting. S/he will promote effective and efficient monitoring and evaluation of programme activities, centred on impact and outcomes; create conditions so that learning is fed into programme decision-making.S/he will provide support to programmes and implementing partners and lead on monitoring, impact evaluation, knowledge management and donor reporting processes; share best practice and lessons learnt across the team and with external stakeholders as appropriate. S/he will develop and provide reference materials and quality information across the programme. S/he will contribute to building the Nigerian country office and partner capacity to develop and use participatory approaches to monitoring and evaluation About you
