CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER* - NIGERIAJob descriptionAs part of a job creation linked to the strong expansion of our customer activities in the gas sector, you Management Features Manage the Finance and Accounting Departments of the entire structure.Experienced (e) to the CEO, you will have main missions: - To be the guarantor of compliance with accounting, tax and social security obligations of subsidiaries - Supervise accounting fences and the preparation of financial statements, - Provide monthly and annual reporting to the seat - Follow the project throughout the construction phase and operation and analyze the performance of operating facilities, - Manage the operational management control, - Establish internal control procedures - Establish the annual budget, analyze the main differences and prepare budget estimates in project development context - Interface with external stakeholders: tax authorities, partners, investors, banks, auditors and suppliers - Being financially referent with local and introduce appropriate training activities teams - Managing legal and tax issues related to heritage (real estate, insurance ...), in economic life (contracts, agreements, industrial property), financial engineering ( credits ...) - Supervise cash and bank relationships. In this context, your main responsibilities will be: - Manage the LNG complex construction phase and implement the expansion strategy and industrial development of the site in accordance with management, - Control the budgets and investment while ensuring reporting to shareholders, - represent and defend the interests of the Group with government authorities, local authorities and investors - Ensure strict implementation of HSE Group standards and local legislation, both in the development phase of Project in its production phase, and in the constant concern for safety of property and people. Desired Skills and ExperienceDeriving (e) a school of Engineers or university higher technical education, you have at least 15 years of field experience in the industrial field and have strong leadership.
