Simeon's Pivot Resources - Our Client, a Training and Consulting Company situated in Anthony, Lagos State requires the services of a competent, self-motivated and passionate individuals who is well experienced in handling administrative tasks, marketing training programs, manage overall day-to-day training operation and can work effectively in a consulting company.

Job Description
It includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Manage overall day-to-day training operation
  • Manage client's request
  • Ensuring all training logistics and operations are in place such as certificates etc
  • Marketing of training programs
  • Ensuring that effective methods are put into place
  • To ensure client satisfaction and consistent growth in revenue.
  • Achieving annually agreed objectives including target revenue and other targets
  • Setting, following up and managing training schedule
  • Ensure Program training materials are delivered as part of the training packages
  • Effectively managing training resources i.e. personnel premises, tutors, supplies, etc.
  • Handling clients' complaints and taking effective measures for resolution.
  • Managing performance achievement of employees under supervision
  • Handling clients' complaints and taking effective measures for resolution.
  • Conduct office management tasks
  • Implement measure to provide motivation for employees
  • Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation
  • Dialogue with clientele about training
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


  • HND/BS.c in Management or a related field
  • Experience: At least 3-5years experience in marketing, training or consulting company
  • Experience in operation management in a training or consulting company is an added advantage
  • Master's degree from a related discipline is an added advantage
  • Professional Certification in a related course
  • Gender: Male

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Have prior experience in operational management
  • Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form
  • Have leadership and supervisory skills

N80,000 Monthly.
